Grace To Share Foundation plans to have, in the future, the “Grace To Share House,” which will
be the center for the activities mentioned earlier and other things.
The Story of Delight and Progress.
Delight and Progress Awurum are two-year-old twins who lost their Father in June 2023. Consequently, they are left with their mother, Amaka Awurum, who now provides for them and their other six siblings. Life has been hard for the family, as one meal is usually a big challenge. The most disheartening part was their home, a mud house without a roof on one side.Our field team discovered this poor family and quickly made their situation a project. Working with one donor, we began building a modest house for the family. Other donors came in when the cost of building in Nigeria went up due to inflation, as we were bent on completing the project by March 2024.Today, Delight and Progress are looking forward to moving into their new home for Easter 2024, thanks to the good-hearted donors. However, they still need cookware, beds, and furniture
Spring and Summer Clothes Drive
We encourage people to share their old clothes, shoes, bags, and other items with those who need them. In the past year, we have shipped many things to people who found them useful. We intend to collect more clothes for those who would be very excited to have them. Check our contact information and discuss how we can get such items. You can also donate towards the shipping cost.
Seasonal Outreach Support
We are committed to three major outreach programs yearly: Christmas, Easter, and Summer. These programs allow us to attend to specific individuals, groups, and communities that need help. A typical outreach focuses on our areas of activity, which include, but are not restricted to, poor family support, education, health, and small-scale business for the less privileged.
We look forward to receiving support for the scheduled outreach programs.
