Grace To Share Foundation came after years of deep contemplation in the mind of the founder,
Fr. Bonnie Anusiem, who confessed to being drawn continuously by God to establish a charity to
formalize his usual characteristic commitment and desire to help those in need.

Fr. Bonnie believes that the world would fare better if people were willing to share what they
have with those in need. Giving to the needy is also a direct response to God’s instructions
scattered throughout the scriptures.

The Book of Proverbs (19:17) says: “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and will be
repaid in full.” Furthermore, our Lord Jesus Christ says in the Gospel of Luke (6:38): “Give, and it
will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put
into your lap, for the measure you give will be the measure you get back.”

Grace to Share Foundation was registered as a nonprofit organization on November 28, 2023,
with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria and has since done tremendous charity
outreach with measurable impacts.

On January 29, 2024, the Foundation was incorporated in the State of New Jersey as a nonprofit entity organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes with GRACE TO SHARE
FOUNDATION INC.
